HIMSS Congress

Grupo Avanza has been encharged from the 12th to 14th of November at hotel NH Eurobuilding Madrid, in organising in Spain the HIMSS Congress (Health Information & Managment Systems Society).

We built 15 booths with different sizes (3x2m & 6x2m). Each of them had carpet, electrical box, backlit reception counter, backwall backlit with led, furniture and audiovisuals.

We were also encharged of al signs at all the different rooms as there for also the organisation of each meeting room for meetings and exhibitions: platforms, carpet, furniture, graphics, backdrops,….
