GESALAGA STAND: END TO END DESIGN AND PRODUCTION FOR INTERNATIONAL FAIR GOURMET

In this 38th edition of Gourmet 2025, held at IFEMA (Madrid), AVANZA EVENTS had the honour of designing and producing the stand of GESALAGA, under its parent company, three of its most emblematic brands were presented: Okelan, Croqueta y Presumida and SURA.

The space was conceived as an immersive experience, where each brand had a recreation of unique environments, taking care of every decorative detail to reflect their identity and values. From display cases to tasting areas and meeting zones, the designs balanced functionality with a contemporary aesthetic.

One of the most outstanding elements was the perimeter banner with backlit 3D corporeal logos, which brought visibility and elegance to the whole, consolidating GESALAGA’s image as a benchmark for high quality Basque gastronomy.

The result was a stand that not only attracted attention for its visual design but also generated a memorable experience for visitors and professionals in the sector.”
